How to Order:
1] Contact to us.
We love to discuss your wants, guide you through the choices, and ensure we get the details right.
Soft sculpture and hand-colored artwork pieces are individually crafted and easily customized.
2] We'll confirm the price and/or quote any custom work above the norm, and time to completion.
3] - It's at this point that both parties must agree to proceed with the order. -
We reserve the right to require a down-payment on custom orders before we begin work.
In all cases, Payment in full must be received before we ship.
4] We'll contact the buyer to confirm completion when we are ready to ship.
5] Once everything is completed, the order ships as soon as payment is confirmed.
(a couple weeks for checks to clear, money orders and PayPal orders ship immediately).
6] We'll contact the buyer to confirm shipping and pass on tracking info (as appropriate).
Leadtime and Shipping:
On-hand pieces usually arrive in about a week. (a couple days to pack & ship and a few days in transit)
Obviously, destination and shipping method can be a factor.
Custom pieces take a bit longer: (the guidelines below do not include time in transit)
two weeks for Hatchling Dragons Small Wyverns, Griffin Chubs, Pegasus/Unicorns.
three weeks for Adult and Oriental Dragons, Large Wyverns, Sea Denizens.
one month weeks for Fairy Dragons, Anthropomorphics, Small Gylarian, Phoenix and Polarus.
two months for Giant Shoulder Dragon and Elder Rhyanon.
allow up to an additional week for shipping in the contiguous United States.
Lastly, perhaps the largest variable is backlog. We process orders on a first-come,first-served basis.
We do ask everyone to patient and understanding if we have orders in the queue.
